Is that Pikes Peak? I was born in Ft. Carson and spent the first couple of years of my life in the springs. Been back a couple of times to visit my bro when he lived there. I do prefer the east side of the Rockies (having lived in Utah, too). Always did love it there!
Thanks Kat! Remind me to tell the story of the camping trip my family went on (overnight) up one of the canyons 30 years ago. Gosh I can remember it as if it happened yesterday. To go back knowing what I know now.........Sigh

Welcome to the 365 club, glad you joined us. It won't be too hard -- take a pic and post -- text is optional!
My dad lives out there and I think the area is GORGEOUS! Please keep sharing more photos and welcome to the 365 club!
Carole - yep that photo is pretty much how I spent the majority of the time I was "skiing" LOL
Betty - I don't think that is Pike's Peak but I'll try and get some photos of it when I go down to Fort Carson on Friday for ya!
Jacki - Text is optional? GOOD!
Jai - where in the Springs is your Dad located?
